- We are expanding our virtual sales team and looking for driven, service-oriented individuals to become Remote Insurance Sales Representatives.
- Agents work with leads and connect virtually with prospective clients who want information about insurance and financial protection solutions. This position allows you to focus on consultative selling and client service without traditional cold calling or door-to-door prospecting.
- No previous insurance sales experience is necessary. We welcome entry-level applicants, career changers, and experienced sales professionals.
Responsibilities
- Contacting prospective clients to schedule consultations.
- Conducting phone or video appointments from your home office.
- Learning about each client’s priorities and coverage concerns.
- Educating clients about available insurance options.
- Recommending solutions based on the client’s stated needs.
- Completing applications and maintaining accurate records.
- Following up with clients throughout the decision-making process.
- Attending virtual training, coaching, and team meetings.
- Tracking progress toward individual sales goals.
Requirements
- Communicate confidently and listen carefully.
- Enjoy helping people make important decisions.
- Are self-directed, organized, and consistent.
- Want a full-time/part time remote sales career.
- Are comfortable with commission-only compensation.
- Can remain motivated without close supervision.

- Are willing to obtain a state insurance license.
