Job description

• We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for various exempt and non-exempt Manufacturing and Propulsion Engineering roles within Beehive Industries.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates through various networking channels and through-out social media
• Build a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles
• Manage candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, interview techniques and candidate evaluation
• Enhance the organization’s brand by promoting its values, cultures, and career opportunities through various channels.
• Represent Beehive Industries at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand talent pool.
• Ensures that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full life-cycle experience in an in-house recruitment role, 3 of those years in the aviation and aerospace industry.
• Preferred experience in dynamic/fast paced, growing organizations.
• Preferred experience with recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
• A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team.
• Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent.
• Proactive approach and thinking outside the box.
• Ability to work independently.
