- Are you an experienced product marketer who thrives at the intersection of positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market strategy? Flashpoint is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team, remote in the United States. In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy for our core cyber threat intelligence offerings, shaping our value proposition, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation, and evolving pricing and packaging as we scale. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, working closely with your manager to translate technical capability into a narrative that resonates with CISOs and security practitioners around the world. This is a high-visibility seat: your work directly shapes our market position, win rates, deal value, and company growth.

- Drive awareness, pipeline, and growth for Flashpoint's threat intelligence offerings.
- Own the product marketing strategy and roadmap for key offerings.
- Partner cross-functionally to design and execute GTM initiatives and commercialization efforts that drive measurable results.
- Build sales and marketing content, including collateral, thought leadership, solution presentations, and website content, that moves buyers through the funnel.
- Equip sales and partner teams with the messaging, training, and support structures they need to run a strong sales motion.
- Become the resident expert on target buyers, market trends, and the competitive landscape, and use that expertise to shape planning.
- Represent Flashpoint as a thought leader through publishing, social, and webinars.
Requirements
- Build and run product marketing programs for SaaS B2B threat intelligence or cybersecurity software.
- Own product launches end to end, from positioning through sales enablement to measurable adoption.
- Translate complex technical capability into messaging and assets that sales teams actively use in the field.
- Drive cross-functional GTM initiatives across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to measurable results.
- Have briefed executives, boards, or industry analysts on competitive and market dynamics.
- Shape pricing and packaging strategy for SaaS products.
- Are genuinely curious about applying AI to product marketing work, and have put it to work within your roles.
- Product marketing experience in cybersecurity or threat intelligence software.
- Strong written and presentation skills you can point to, such as decks, launches, or competitive briefs.
- Experience shaping pricing and packaging strategy for a SaaS product.
- The ability to run multiple concurrent initiatives without losing momentum.
