Job description
- Pohanka Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing sales department.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Manage the vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades
- Maintain impeccable CSI scores by embracing Pohanka's client first focus
- Develop and motivate the sales staff while focusing on profitability
- Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
- Desk deals, appraise trades, lead the sales team
Requirements
- Prior automotive sales and F&I managerial experience preferred
- Automotive Sales experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CDK)
- Professional
- Strong work ethic is a must
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
