Job description
- We are seeking dependable and compassionate Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants interested in full-time or part-time in-home care opportunities throughout the Wichita area.
- This is a good opportunity for caregivers who enjoy working independently and providing one-on-one support rather than working in a facility setting. Schedules vary based on client needs and may include daytime, evening, and weekend hours.

- Pay is up to $17.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and assignment.
Responsibilities
- • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care
- • Help with mobility, transfers, and safe movement throughout the home
- • Prepare meals and snacks
- • Provide companionship and conversation
- • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- • Provide medication reminders
- • Run errands and assist with grocery shopping
- • Accompany clients to appointments and other activities
- • Observe changes in a client's condition and communicate concerns appropriately
- • Help clients maintain their independence and normal daily routines
Requirements
- • Must have your own dependable personal vehicle
- • Valid driver's license required
- • Must be able to reliably travel to clients' homes
- • CNA certification preferred
- • Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, senior care, or personal care experience preferred
- • Must be dependable and comfortable working independently
- • Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings
- • Strong communication skills
- • Compassionate and respectful approach to working with seniors and individuals with disabilities
