- The Administrative Assistant provides entry-level professional administrative support to partners, managers, and firm professionals. This role supports daily administrative activities, communications and scheduling, maintaining records, assisting with client service needs, and contributes to an efficient and professional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to partners, managers, and client service teams
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Assist with client meeting preparation and follow-up activities
- Maintain electronic and physical client records and administrative files
- Support engagement-related administrative activities during tax, audit, and advisory deadlines including client communication such as phone calls
- Assist with client communications, mailings, and document preparation
- Track deadlines, tasks, and administrative priorities
- Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn and follow established processes and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and provide excellent service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, hospitality, or office experience preferred
- Experience supporting professionals, managers, or teams preferred
- Experience in public accounting, professional services, or a similar environment preferred
