- Join a team supporting critical Trade Operations applications for a leading Financial Services client. This role offers the opportunity to learn the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade matching, settlement, and integrations with vendors and custodians, while supporting business-critical applications and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Trade Operations technology applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and data issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution across teams.
- Work closely with business users, developers, vendors, and custodians.
- Act as the primary coordinator during production incidents.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve support processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong Java and SQL skills.
- Understanding of application support, debugging, and problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled engineering tools and practices.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- AWS.
- JavaScript and/or React.
- Exposure to Financial Services or Capital Markets.
