Responsibilities

• Create training content for all forms of training: eLearning, ILT, vILT, videos, SOPs
• Communicate effectively in oral and written form
• Write according to the learner’s needs and characteristics
• Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct messages
• Ideate content structure and design basis provided content strategy
• Handle customer communication and SME interactions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in instructional design/content writing
• Strong attention to detail
• Communication skills – ability to interact with clients, SMEs. team members of the project team
• Comprehension skills – ability to comprehend requirements and instructions clearly
• Visualization – ability to conceptualize graphics, animations, and page layouts for training content
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
