- TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the large-scale Document Management and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) engagement.
- This role is delivery-focused and requires a hands-on, technically capable Senior Business Analyst who can operate independently, partner closely with engineering teams, and translate complex business needs into clear, testable requirements across AWS-based, API-driven, and UI-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience, including delivery of complex technical solutions
- Strong experience gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements, use case requirements, data flows, and data transformation processes.
- API familiarity and experience working with modern web and mobile UI concepts
- Working knowledge of AWS-based platforms and AI/IDP solutions
- Experience working in Agile / iterative delivery environments
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- CBAP or other Business Analysis certification
- Experience in public sector, healthcare or regulated environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Collaborative and adaptive mindset
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required with significant relevant experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- This engagement requires a US-based resource due to state government constraints.
