- The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly organized, analytical, and comfortable influencing across Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising, Creative, Performance Media, agencies, and cross-functional partners.
- A commercially minded digital marketer who understands how brand, product, content, CRM, and performance channels work together to drive eCommerce growth.
- Comfortable owning a point of view and influencing execution even when the underlying functions sit across multiple teams.
- A strong cross-functional partner who can establish priorities, create clarity, and move work forward without directly owning every function.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing integrated calendars, priorities, inputs, and deadlines.
- Analytical and practical, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and action.
Responsibilities
- Own the digital commerce marketing point of view and growth priorities for Starter, with the opportunity to apply the same capabilities across additional Sports & Lifestyle brands, such as Pro Player, as the function develops.

- Translate new licenses, product opportunities, league moments, and seasonal priorities into clear digital commerce requirements across website content, CRM, paid media, SEO, and social commerce.
- Partner with the existing eCommerce team to translate marketing and commercial priorities into site execution while maintaining clear separation from backend site operations, product setup, fulfillment, and platform administration.
- Use consumer, site, and performance insights to recommend assortment opportunities, product priorities, exclusives, and future digital needs to Merchandising and Product teams.
- Set commercial priorities and briefing needs across paid search, paid social, affiliate, and other growth channels, partnering with internal performance teams and agencies on activation, optimization, and performance readouts.
- Partner with the CRM team on the marketing roadmap, including campaign calendars, lifecycle opportunities, segmentation recommendations, testing priorities, retention ideas, and performance analysis.
- Evaluate and help develop emerging social commerce opportunities, including TikTok Shop, creator and affiliate commerce, shoppable content, and other evolving digital commerce models.
- Partner with Creative, Social, agency, and cross-functional teams to ensure digital commerce needs and commercial priorities are reflected in campaign and content planning.
- Analyze digital performance using tools such as GA4, Shopify reporting, Klaviyo, and agency dashboards.
- Develop clear business readouts and recommendations for Marketing leadership, turning performance data into actionable commercial decisions.
- Monitor digital commerce trends, competitive activity, SEO opportunities, and emerging consumer behavior to inform future planning.
Requirements
