• Salary Range
• The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the purchasing process to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven acquisition of goods and services. The Procurement Specialist works closely with internal departments and external vendors to maintain reliable supply, optimize costs, ensure compliance with company policies, and support overall business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities and the full procurement cycle.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor orders through delivery.
• Maintain supplier relationships and resolve procurement issues.
• Analyze costs and identify opportunities for savings and process improvement.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet purchasing and operational requirements

Requirements

• 1. Education: Associate’s degree with concentration accounting/procurement, or comparable knowledge.
• 2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting and or procurement. At least 2-4 years of experience with the nonprofit sector.
