This role exists to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing business operations and improving overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review billing and business data to identify problems, trends, and opportunities.
• Investigate issues and determine the root cause of inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with teams in Mexico and the U.S. to solve problems.
• Streamline existing business processes for improved efficiency.
• Coordinate projects, tracking deadlines and progress.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings and updates effectively.
• Organize project information and documentation.
• Serve as a key contact between teams in the U.S. and Mexico.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, finance, accounting, billing, process improvement, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in working with numbers, Excel, reports, and data.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing projects or deadlines.
• Willing to work fully onsite in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
• Willing to travel occasionally throughout North America.
