Job description

• We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced finance professionals with backgrounds in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, equity research, corporate development, investment management, or strategic finance to contribute to an advanced AI training and financial evaluation project.
• Selected professionals will review AI-generated financial content, develop finance-focused prompts, evaluate model outputs, and apply professional judgement to valuation, investment analysis, due diligence, market research, and related use cases. Prior AI experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Investment Evaluation
• Review financial analyses, valuation work, investment decisions, and supporting calculations
• Evaluate assumptions, models, and investment frameworks for internal consistency
• Assess investment memos, due-diligence materials, market research, and financial data
• Identify material risks, opportunities, missing considerations, or unsupported conclusions
• Apply professional judgement across realistic finance and investment scenarios
• Prompt Development & AI Evaluation
• Develop and refine prompts involving valuation, investment analysis, and financial decision-making
• Review AI-generated finance content for accuracy, reasoning quality, and professional relevance
• Evaluate outputs against structured rubrics and finance-industry standards
• Identify factual errors, weak reasoning, or misinterpretation of financial information
• Provide clear feedback supporting model improvement
• Research, Writing & Quality Assurance
• Conduct independent research and fact checking to validate financial claims
• Produce and edit investment, research, and business-facing materials
• Annotate finance content and support consistent rubric-based evaluation
• Translate complex financial analysis into concise professional writing
• Maintain strong quality standards across repeated evaluation tasks

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, equity research, corporate development, investment management, or strategic finance
• Strong financial-analysis, valuation, and investment-judgement skills
• Experience producing investment memos, financial models, due-diligence reports, valuation analyses, or market research
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical-reasoning ability
• Excellent professional writing and editing skills
• Experience interpreting complex financial data
• Strong independent research and fact-checking ability
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience with prompt authoring, data annotation, AI-output evaluation, rubric-based assessment, or RLHF is advantageous
• Master's, JD, MBA, PhD, or another advanced degree is advantageous but not required
• No prior AI-training experience is required
