- We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build the future of AI for financial services.
- You'll work across the entire stack to build products used by banks, credit unions, and lenders every day. From designing intuitive user experiences to building scalable backend systems and AI-powered workflows, you'll own features from idea to production and have a direct impact on our customers.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features.
- Own work from concept to production, making thoughtful technical and product decisions along the way.
- Build modern frontend experiences with React, Next.js, and scalable backend services.
- Develop AI-powered workflows, automations, and integrations with the systems our customers rely on.
- Integrate with CRMs, loan origination systems, core banking platforms, and third-party data providers.
- Support customer onboarding, debug issues, and turn feedback into product improvements.
- Improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of our platform as we continue to grow.
- Leverage AI tools to move faster while maintaining a high bar for quality / engineering excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building production software, preferably at an early-stage startup.
- Strong experience with Node, TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, and K8.
- Experience designing and building APIs, databases, and scalable distributed systems.
- Strong product instincts and the ability to take a half-formed problem and figure out the right shape before someone hands you a spec.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
- Leverage AI tools with opinions about where they help and where they don't.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of ownership.
