Regional Account Manager – Automotive OEM Marketing at Team Velocity in Nashville, TN

• Remote field position | Central Region | Up to $125K OTE
• Team Velocity is seeking a relationship-driven Regional Account Manager (RAM) to join our OEM FordDirect Team. In this client-facing role, you’ll serve as a trusted marketing partner to automotive dealerships, helping them use data, technology, and multichannel marketing strategies to sell and service more vehicles, strengthen customer retention, and grow revenue.
• You’ll manage dealer relationships throughout the Central region, provide consultative marketing guidance, evaluate campaign performance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure every campaign is executed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with automotive dealership clients.
• Conduct consultative marketing assessments and recommend solutions aligned with each dealer’s sales, service, retention, and revenue goals.
• Help dealerships implement effective, data-informed marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
• Monitor campaign performance using Team Velocity’s proprietary technology platforms.
• Translate campaign data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps for dealer leadership.
• Lead regular client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning conversations.
• Partner with Client Services, Production, and other internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
• Maintain accurate monthly revenue forecasts and account records.
• Provide dealership teams with training to support their sales and service objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve account performance, expand client adoption, and strengthen retention.
• Develop strong knowledge of Team Velocity’s products and services within your first 90 days.
• Support new products, services, and initiatives as the company evolves.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of professional experience in consultative account management, client retention, or another client-facing role.
