- We’re looking for a hands-on, full-cycle Recruiter to own hiring from sourcing through offer close.
- You’ll proactively identify and engage great candidates, conduct recruiter screens, manage interview pipelines, partner closely with hiring managers, and help close offers.
- You’ll also leverage AI and modern recruiting tools to make sourcing and recruiting faster, smarter, and more scalable.
- At OpenArt, recruiting is a critical part of how we build the company. We’re looking for someone who wants to own the outcome, not just manage the process.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviews through offer negotiation and closing.
- Build strong outbound pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent mapping, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate experience, motivation, communication, and overall fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines, interview timelines, feedback, and next steps in the ATS.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, prioritize hiring needs, and keep processes moving.
- Use AI and automation to improve sourcing, outreach, candidate research, and recruiting efficiency.
- Build strong candidate relationships and help drive competitive offers to close.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or agency recruiting.
- Strong outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
- Experience managing candidates through the full recruiting process.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly proactive, independent, and results-oriented.
- Interested in using AI and new recruiting tools to improve productivity.
- Experience recruiting for startups, technology companies, or across functions such as engineering, product, sales, marketing, or data is a plus.
