Job description

• As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino’s brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer.

Responsibilities

• • Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• • Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• • Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• • Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• • Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• • Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• • Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• • Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• • Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.

Requirements

• • Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• • Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• • Strong communication and basic math skills.
• • Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
