- Whether you're supervising in our clinics, meeting with families in their homes, collaborating with our SLP and OT teams, or writing treatment plans, you'll have the professional autonomy to organize your workweek while making a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians
- Provide parent coaching and caregiver training
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, schools, and community providers
- Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning
- Provide services in clinic, home, and community settings
Requirements
- Active BCBA® certification
- Washington Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience providing ABA services to children and families
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical leadership skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel
