Job description
- We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Playwright to support enterprise automation initiatives at American Express.
- This role requires candidates with hands-on experience building automation solutions that leverage AI technologies. Candidates with only Python automation experience will not be considered. Experience with GenAI and LLMs is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test frameworks using Python and Playwright
- Build AI-assisted test automation solutions using LLMs and Generative AI
- Integrate MCP into AI-enabled automation workflows
- Develop and maintain BDD test suites
- Execute functional, regression, and API automation testing
- Collaborate with development teams to improve software quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of Test Automation experience
- Strong Python programming skills
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Practical experience with Generative AI
- Playwright Automation
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
