- We are seeking a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Operations Assembler to support a short-term project in an office-based environment in Charlotte, NC.
- This is a part-time contract opportunity providing hands-on operational support for a large assembly and distribution initiative. The Operations Assembler will work closely with project leadership and other team members to organize materials, complete assembly and packaging activities, prepare shipments, and help keep the project organized and on schedule.
- This is not a traditional warehouse position. The work will be performed in a professional office environment and is ideal for someone who is organized, polished, comfortable working with a small team, and willing to assist with both hands-on and general operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly and preparation of project materials.
- Organize, package, label, and prepare materials for distribution.
- Prepare completed packages for shipment.
- Maintain accurate counts and organization of project materials.
- Assist with tracking materials and completed packages.
- Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional project workspace.
- Work closely with project leadership to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Provide general operational and project support as needed.
