Job description

• We are seeking for a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support complex, large-scale commercial and industrial projects throughout Central and Southwest Ohio. This leadership role will oversee multidisciplinary electrical design and field coordination while managing a team of engineers and technical staff.
• This opportunity is ideal for an electrical professional with strong technical depth in power systems and experience leading teams across sophisticated facility types.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design and execution for commercial and industrial facilities
• Supervise and mentor a team of approximately 12 direct reports
• Oversee high-voltage and medium-voltage systems design and integration
• Manage power distribution, lighting systems, transformers, PLCs, telecom, and data infrastructure
• Coordinate across design, construction, and project management teams
• Utilize industry-standard platforms for modeling, collaboration, and project tracking
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience
• Journeyman License
• Experience managing direct reports and leading engineering teams
• High Voltage systems
• Medium Voltage systems
• Telecom infrastructure
• Data systems
• Lighting systems
• Power distribution
• Transformers
• PLCs
• Strong background in electrical system integration across complex facilities
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of applicable electrical codes and industry standards
• Experience supporting sophisticated facilities such as healthcare, aviation, hospitality, military, data centers, warehousing, or industrial environments is highly valued. (Experience in one or more is sufficient.)
• Familiarity with platforms such as Revit, Procore, SolidWorks, Navisworks, or BIM 360 is preferred. (Experience with one or more is sufficient; this serves as a reference point.)
