- Sheboygan Auto Group is hiring an experienced Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our high-volume dealership. If you are a proven producer with strong PVR and closing ability, this is an opportunity to step into immediate deal flow and maximize your earnings.

Responsibilities
- Structure and finalize automotive deals from start to finish
- Secure lender approvals and maximize funding opportunities
- Present and sell F&I products (VSC, GAP, maintenance, protection plans)
- Maintain strong PVR, product penetration, and compliance standards
- Work closely with sales managers to ensure efficient deal flow
Requirements
- 2+ years Automotive F&I / Finance Manager experience REQUIRED
- Proven track record of high PVR and product penetration
- Strong lender relationships and deal structuring expertise
- Deep understanding of compliance and regulations
- Highly motivated, competitive, and customer-focused
