5130-1 IT Business Analyst not avail for ref at Management Consulting Group in San Francisco, California, United States

Responsibilities

• Seeking an IT BA ( 8 of them ) to assist on the re-emerging project for modernization of the billing function
• Moving from Oracle CC&B to Oracle C2M
• -this was started in 2023 and put on hold; so at this point they need a team to review the business processes, the plan and analysis.
• Do a deep dive into the processes across the business and make sure to update changes/ gaps , business plans, gathering requirements, documentation

Requirements

• Can bring any part of the CC&B umbrella- billing, credit, maybe pricing - the full gamut
• CC&B helpful or C2M ideal to have 1 or the other
• Would look at IT BA skill set or an architect since the way processes are reviewed are the same.
• Local preferred, but if stellar resource who is remote, my consider ( the role is more remote, meeting for work shops occasionally)
• Not so much looking for PM experience
• -UAT = later in the process/ project
• Good communication skills
• #yrs experience 4+ (price accordingly--- BA gathering billing requirements would not pay 90+ / hr. PLEASE PRICE COMPETITIVELY)
