Job description
- We are looking for a dynamic, talented Senior Designer to join our team as part of our team. They will work with creatives across all clients to help formulate concept. Experience executing a variety of creative formats across all digital mediums. The ideal candidate demonstrates passion to solve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- The role reports into our ECD/Design Director.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong visual ideas and systems across brand identity, campaigns, digital, social, experiential and new business.
- Own projects from concept through execution, maintaining a high level of craft and consistency throughout.
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, production and account teams to push the work forward.
- Present design thinking clearly and contribute thoughtful feedback to the broader design team.
- Stay current on design, culture, technology and emerging creative tools.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft, conceptual thinking and a distinct point of view.
- Strong command of typography, layout, composition, color and image-making.
- Experience building and extending visual identities and campaign systems across multiple platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; motion, 3D and emerging creative tools are a plus.
