- This position works across different teams and departments, fostering strong collaboration between technical and business stakeholders. You will support initiation, design, testing and implementation of membership system changes and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- You will ensure that Membership system performance and testing meets organizational standards resulting in quality products that meet end-user requirements.
- You will assist in developing detailed test plans and be responsible for related test phase tasks.
- You'll execute test cases, document test results, and escalate issues as needed.
- You will identify Membership best practices, policies, procedures and programs for Membership Department as well as for all Auto Club Enterprise employee.
- Develop, maintain and enhance various reports and reporting tools.
- You’ll recognize, design and integrate continuous improvement components to meet redesign needs, including supporting development of automation tools.
Requirements
- To thrive in this role you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in business operations, business administration, or business information systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with teams across all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products, including Outlook, Word and Excel required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL, Tableau preferred.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience preferred.
- Auto Club Enterprise Membership operations experience preferred.
