Job description
- AVI-SPL is a digital enablement solutions provider who transforms how people and technology connect to elevate experiences, create new value, and enable organizations to thrive and grow. We are the largest provider of collaboration technology solutions, which include our award-winning managed services.
- Our highly certified industry experts and innovation leaders share a vision to help people work smarter and live better. We believe that success starts with a sound team and that an inclusive and diverse workplace moves us all forward.
Responsibilities
- The AVI-SPL Onsite IT Vendor Management & Contracts Specialist is responsible for serving as the central operational bridge connecting internal stakeholders (Workplace/Facilities, IT Engineering, Corporate Sourcing, and Legal) with external technology partners, systems integrators, and managed service providers. You will ensure our suppliers meet contractual obligations, execute against agreed SLAs, and drive continuous performance improvement across global locations.
- Vendor Governance & Performance: Establish and facilitate regular governance rhythms for key IT and workplace technology partners, including running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), operational syncs, and vendor scorecards.
- Contract & SOW Oversight: Serve as the internal subject matter expert on active Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and service contracts, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and billing strictly match agreed terms.
- SLA Tracking & Issue Escalation: Monitor supplier KPIs, track service level agreements (SLAs), and manage resolutions for commercial, operational, delivery, or scope-related partner escalations.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Strategic Sourcing, Corporate Procurement, Legal, and internal Workplace/AV engineering teams to coordinate contract renewals, change orders, RFP technical evaluations, and scope adjustments.
- Operational Reporting & Visibility: Utilize portfolio and workflow management tools to maintain central visibility into supplier commitments, license/maintenance contract expirations, deliverables, and spend tracking.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in IT vendor management, vendor operations, partner management, or technology procurement/contracts.
- Proven track record leading supplier governance programs, including organizing, structuring, and driving Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and partner scorecards.
- Solid functional understanding of enterprise IT/AV technology services, professional services agreements, and standard SOW structures.
- Strong contract fluency—ability to interpret and enforce commercial terms, milestones, deliverables, warranty periods, and service credits.
- Experience collaborating with enterprise procurement, legal, and engineering teams to enforce vendor accountability.
