Job description

• This is an excellent patent attorney opportunity within a well estabished and rapidly growing practice. There is an abundance of challenging and sophisticated work here, thus you will be exposed to a diverse array of technologies (e.g., automotive; robotics & automated manufacturing; machine design; electro-mechanical devises and related control systems; industrial equipment; consumer products; optical systems; polymers; process and chemical engineering; material science).
• The primary focus will be preparation & prosecution of patents for major domestic corporate clients, opinions, due diligence, PTAB related support, and possibly trademarks if you desire. Client assignment and responsibility will be dependent upon your technical expertise, experience, and demonstrated ability.

Requirements

• * Minimum BS Engineering, Physics, or Material Science
• * Must have at least 2 years of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
• * Demonstrated for producing high-quality patents relating to complex related technologies
• * Solid communication interpersonal skills for client interaction
• * State bar and USPTO bar
