Responsibilities
- · Develop enterprise communication strategy and governance.
- · Launch and manage company intranet.
- · Create executive communications, town halls, FAQs, and announcements.
- · Support policy, benefits, organizational and change communications.
- · Build onboarding communication experiences.
- · Deliver messages across email, Teams, video, newsletters, and manager toolkits.
- · Measure communication effectiveness and engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in internal communications, employee experience, change management, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Experience supporting executives and high-growth organizations.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
