Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests using NeoLoad. Create and maintain performance test scripts, including correlation, parameterization, and dynamic data handling. Develop realistic workload models based on business and application requirements.

- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests using NeoLoad.
- Create and maintain performance test scripts, including correlation, parameterization, and dynamic data handling.
- Develop realistic workload models based on business and application requirements.
- Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and application teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
- Prepare performance test reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad.
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
- Good understanding of performance testing concepts, workload modelling, and performance metrics.
- Experience with HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, web applications, and distributed systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
