Responsibilities
- • Performing daily operational health checks and environment validation
- • Monitoring network performance, availability, and capacity
- • Responding to and resolving network incidents and outages
- • Performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- • Managing break-fix activities and service requests
- • Executing operational changes in accordance with established change management processes
- • Supporting compliance remediation efforts
- • Managing network backup and recovery processes
- • Developing and maintaining operational documentation and procedures
- • Collaborating with engineering, security, infrastructure, and application support teams to ensure service availability and operational excellence
Requirements
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree. or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in network operations, network administration, or infrastructure support environments
- • Experience supporting enterprise network technologies in a 24x7 operational environment
- • Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex network incidents
- • Experience performing network monitoring, operational maintenance, and infrastructure support activities
