Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Check patients in and out using hospital software systems
- Answer phones, emails, texts, and client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage daily appointment flow
- Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
- Assist with boarding admissions and discharges
- Obtain patient histories and support client education efforts
- Assist doctors and team members with patient check-ins, drop-offs, and discharges
- Provide safe patient restraint as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support daily front desk operations and hospital workflow
