Responsibilities

• The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects. The PM will analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial mangement of the project.
• The PM will provide applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources. Finally, the PM will deliver a working software solution that meet all requirements.

Requirements

• Security-cleared Professional: Ability to undergo required screening and background checks. Must meet requirements to obtain a government issued clearance.
• Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 6 years of related experience in technical project management.
• Experience leading technical projects and teams on large, complex projects.
• Ability to create goals and schedules to meet the Agency's requirements.
• Experience delivering solutions to meet Agency's expectations
