• We are looking for friendly, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Client Advisors. This remote opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys helping others, researching options, staying organized, and creating positive client experiences.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will communicate with clients to learn about their preferences, needs, and expectations. You will research available options, provide helpful recommendations, assist with coordinating arrangements, and remain available to answer questions throughout the planning process. Building strong client relationships and providing dependable service are important parts of the role.
• Daily responsibilities may include responding to new inquiries, conducting client consultations, researching and comparing options, preparing customized recommendations, assisting with reservations, maintaining client records, following up on requests, and communicating important information and updates.

Requirements

• Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals who are willing to learn and comfortable working independently.
• Successful candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, reliable internet access, and good organizational and time-management skills. You should be comfortable communicating through email, phone, text, and online platforms.
