Responsibilities
- Engage with business, product, operations, fraud, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate high-level business objectives into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and solution documentation.
- Perform data profiling, gap analysis, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation analysis, and validation of business rules across upstream and downstream systems.
- Support reconciliation, fraud management, data quality, regulatory reporting, and operational control use cases by identifying data issues, breaks, trends, and root causes.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, developers, QA, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are feasible, traceable, testable, and aligned with target-state architecture.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, business validation, production readiness, and post-implementation monitoring.
- Prepare executive-ready status updates, RAID logs, action trackers, requirement traceability matrices, and decision logs for governance forums.
