Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a smile and deliver exceptional customer service
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls using a multi-line phone system
• Check patients in/out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments and referrals
• Keep patient records and documentation accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with team members and support daily office operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 + years of medical office experience
• Positive attitude, strong communication and excellent phone etiquette
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Dependable and eager to learn new systems (experience with eCW EMR is a bonus)
• Knowledge of Athena and/or WebPT a plus
