Job description

• As our Export Sales Executive, you'll work at the intersection of customer relationships, market insights, and commercial performance, helping support our international sales programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in international sales, working with customers across global markets and leveraging data, technology, and commercial insights to deliver business performance.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work alongside our Export Sales Managers to support customer relationships, coordinate sales programmes, analyse commercial information, and contribute to demand planning and forecasting. Key responsibilities will include:
• Support the Export Sales Managers with customer engagement, business reviews and sales reporting
• Coordinate forecasts, demand planning, fruit allocations and programme data across markets, working closely with Logistics and other internal teams
• Provide customers with supply updates and support with requests
• Analyse market trends, pricing, customer profitability and programme performance to support better decision-making
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve reporting

Requirements

• We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, data and technology, and who can turn information into meaningful commercial insights. You’ll bring:
• Experience in customer service, sales support, administration or a commercial environment
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capability
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work to deadlines
• A data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret information and communicate insights clearly
• A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
