• Job Title: Warehouse Associate

• Job Overview: We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a growing team in Rochester, NY. This newly created role focuses on the organization and consolidation of incoming equipment. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with hands-on work, this could be your next step toward a long-term position in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Break down and properly dispose of cardboard packaging materials.
• Separate and organize equipment received on pallets.
• Consolidate and group equipment by project, ensuring proper labeling.
• Tag consolidated pallets with green stickers including owner name, project number, location, and arrival date.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, consolidating multiple pallets efficiently.
• Collaborate with the shipping department to optimize warehouse space and workflow.

Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
