• Base Salary: $60,000 + commissions on all accounts generated

• Right now, there’s an opportunity where thousands of YouTubers are unmanaged and can be signed to Adhesive Media. At the same time, hundreds of brands are looking to partner with YouTube creators but can’t get ahold of the right creators. Our vast roster of YouTube creators (250+) and brand connections (100+) allows us to sit in the middle and create these lucrative deals.
• We do the full cycle, from sourcing the creator/brand all the way through contracting and ad coordination. Our customers love us for our 6-star service and transparency - creators always know what’s happening and brands know we only present channels that will deliver on results.
• This role is the front door to all of it. Every creator and every brand you sign gets handed to our deal-making team, who turn it into sponsorship deals month after month. 91% of every dollar we have ever transacted is repeat business, so the accounts you open keep paying long after you open them.
• Our business model works: The company has been around for 4 years. We’ve had sales growth in 15 out of 16 quarters. We’ve only ever had 1 down quarter.
• Our employees walk out with real monetary gain: One of our recent Partnerships Associate closed $900K in deals in her 3rd quarter working at the company. The ramp up to success is faster than any competing companies in our space.

Responsibilities

• New Business: Sign 5 new YouTube creators and 2 new sponsor brands per week ⭐️
• Run our creator outreach system and sponsor outreach system day to day. Review the campaigns, receive the replies, and convert them into booked calls.
• Lead creator intro calls and brand discovery calls, and get the contract signed.
• Follow up relentlessly. No warm reply goes cold on your watch.
• Hand every signed creator and brand to our deal-making team with clean notes so they can start pitching immediately.
• Represent Adhesive Media at 4-6 industry conferences per year. Meet creators and brands in person and own the follow-up afterward.
• Stay current on the creator economy: what people are posting on LinkedIn, which brands are spending, which creators are rising.
• Own the CRM. Keep it clean and know your numbers at every stage of the funnel.
• Read the funnel data weekly. Where are we losing people? What is converting? Bring the answer and a fix.
• Our developer built the outreach machine. Your job is to understand it, use it well, and make it better: copy, targeting, sequencing, tooling.
• Wherever possible, implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and improve conversion.

Requirements

• Work Experience: 2+ years in a sales role where you worked on or alongside a sales team and used sales tools daily.
• Full cycle experience (prospecting through close) is preferred. You do not need to have been the leader.
• Influencer marketing or brand partnerships experience is a plus, but it can be learned quickly.
• Most of this job is written. You must respond to creators and brands quickly and effectively with the right information.
• Must be comfortable picking up the phone and leading a 30 to 45 minute call.
• Attention to Detail: We're handling large influencer campaigns often worth $5K - $50K for one ad placement. Any mistakes can be costly, so high attention to detail is crucial.
• Relationship Builder: Relationships are not built just off your personality, they're built off adding value and showing up for your clients. So we're not looking for the best "personality" person, but rather someone that is honest, reliable, and values long-term relationships over a quick buck.
• Tech Savviness: You have used a CRM and an email outreach or campaign tool before, and you like learning new ones. Our business runs on Close, Airtable, Lemlist, Clay, Asana, and Notion. We are remote, so the ideal candidate is quick and effective with the computer.
• Critical Thinking: The ideal candidate can think through issues and make decisions on their own. Not every situation will have an SOP, and you'll be required to think outside of the box.
• Reliable: Leads reply on their own schedule and conferences run on weekends. We need someone reliable who can work beyond regular hours when it matters.
• Comfort-builder - Our customers want to feel like we're on their team (which is the truth!), not like we're selling them something. Our offer is we only win if they win, so that's how we sell it.
• Grit - Someone that is ready to work hard, has something to prove, and is still in the “startup phase of their life” to grow. You follow up until you get an answer and you want to close every lead in your pipeline.
• Fast & Self Learner: We really don't have time to repeat things twice, and there are a lot of new concepts that will be taught in your first month. This is unlike any other sales job you've probably had, so we need someone that can adapt very quickly, learn all the new things about our industry fast, and really internalize it.
