• Job Title: Project Manager
• Location: Dublin, CA, USA
• Salary Range: $70/hr - $74.19/hr
• This role involves managing complex, cross-functional projects in a regulated technical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing, or life sciences environment. The candidate will be responsible for driving execution, delivery predictability, vendor accountability, and continuous improvement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Own sprint execution, delivery flow, and release readiness.
• Drive backlog grooming, estimation, prioritization, and Definition of Ready compliance.
• Establish and maintain delivery metrics, including velocity, throughput, capacity, and committed-versus-delivered performance.
• Lead execution across Client and vendor teams, ensuring commitments are met and risks are addressed early.
• Drive accountability with vendors and external partners through clear metrics, issue management, quality oversight, and escalation processes.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience managing complex projects in a regulated environment.
• Experience developing integrated schedules and managing project governance, meetings, action tracking, status reporting, and risks/issues.
• Strong communication, organization, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify critical paths and drive mitigation, acceleration, and recovery actions.
• Ability to work effectively with technical, quality, facilities/engineering, laboratory, procurement, IT, vendor, and senior stakeholder groups.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with laboratory construction, renovation, commissioning, qualification, validation, or operational readiness.
• Experience in GLP, GMP, or a similarly regulated environment.
