Part-time Customer Service Representative at momsmeals in Ankeny, IA

• Mom’s Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is looking for upbeat, people-first individuals to join our team as Part-time Customer Service Representatives. • The starting wage is $17.00/hour.
• Standard work hours are Monday-Friday, 10:30am-2:30pm OR 1:30pm-5:30pm (20-29 hours/week).
• This position requires 2 weeks of full-time onsite training, Monday-Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm.
• This is an onsite position at 3210 SE Corporate Woods Drive, Ankeny IA 50021 and will start on Monday, October 12th.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order
• Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service
• Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
• Document all conversations with client into client information database
• Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
• Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
• Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed

Requirements

• High school degree or GED
• 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience learning and using software in a work or school setting
• Clear oral communication skills
• Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
• Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
• 1 year of previous call center experience
• Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams
• Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
