• A well-established boutique Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their practice. This firm represents businesses, developers, executives, and government entities in complex disputes. Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Handle depositions, trial preparation, hearings, and appeals.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on high-value cases.
• Engage with clients regularly and assist in managing litigation strategy.
• Contribute to a range of cases involving commercial, construction, land use, employment, and other areas of dispute.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience with exposure to commercial or civil litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work well independently or as part of a team.
• A genuine desire to learn and grow in diverse litigation areas.
