Job description

• The Account Executive ensures exceptional customer experiences and driving business sales. This position combines sales and customer relations to build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
• • Collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve revenue targets
• • Identify potential leads and prospects with an end user focus
• • Convert leads into sales through effective communication and service
• • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client companies
• • Create, design, estimate and present proposals for all systems offerings including inspections, service, maintenance, and installation
• • Procurement and management of labor, materials, and technology resources
• • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
• • Assist with project close-out: punch list, final billing, collections
• • Provide customer follow up and support
• • Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively

Requirements

• • Three or more years of experience in sales or customer relations
• • Knowledge and experience with low voltage, construction, and sales
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• • Proven ability to relate and communicate with employees and customers across the organization.
• • Strong computer skills
• • Competitive spirit and customer service minded skillset
• • Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and scenarios.
