• RQ09572 - Sr. Business Analyst (CISO)
• 407 and Dixie Rd
• Hybrid - minimum 3 days a week in the office
• Contract (4 months, possible extension)
• Security Level: OPP Level 4 (must get clearance before start date)
• The business analyst will review internal and external business processes and will be exposed to sensitive information relating to existing criminal intelligence operations and practices.

Responsibilities

• CISO is embarking on a series of projects to upgrade existing IT applications or build new ones.
• This will require a formalized approach to documenting current and future states of workflows and data repositories; and new business requirements of new applications.
• The analyst will review deconflict, modernize and digitize high sensitivity workflows to streamline outcomes and enhance service delivery.
• produce Business requirements documents,
• visios of business processes or conceptual IT architectural diagrams
• powerpoint presentations of findings from their analysis
• possibly summarize test cases

Requirements

• CISO is embarking on several new projects in the near future, and are looking for someone with enterprise experience, CRM, data strategy experience, and to assist standing up a new Ministry program.
• The BA will assist in the design and implementation of this new office and must be well versed in business process mapping, project charter development, and detailing business requirements.
• Illustrate Business processes, conceptual IT architecture diagrams in Visio
