Job description

• CertaPro Painters is a locally owned and operated, family-run painting company serving commercial and residential clients throughout the Orlando area. We are seeking a Commercial Sales Associate to develop relationships and sell painting services to property managers, facility managers, building owners, and commercial clients.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and managing projects from first conversation through completion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial business opportunities
• Prospect and build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and building owners
• Create target account lists and actively pursue new clients
• Meet with prospects to understand project needs and scope
• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates and proposals
• Ensure all estimates include correct products, quantities, and project details
• Manage changes and provide pricing for change orders
• Confidently close sales and involve team members when appropriate
• Conduct site visits and walk-throughs to monitor progress and address issues early
• Act as the liaison between the client, project team, and subcontractors
• Communicate clearly with crews and internal staff to ensure expectations are met
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations
• Maintain ongoing relationships through calls, visits, and follow-up
