Dispatch Supervisor at Terraboost Media in Naperville, IL

Job description

• We’re looking for a highly organized and solutions-oriented Dispatch Supervisor to join our Naperville, IL team. This position will oversee daily field operations within an assigned territory. In this role, you’ll coordinate Independent Contractors (ICs), manage workloads and routing, monitor operational performance and quality, and help ensure installations are completed efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field operations, including workloads, contractor assignments, and routing.
• Monitor Independent Contractor availability, performance, quality, and work completion.
• Address contractor and operational issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Analyze operational KPIs, costs, and performance trends to identify opportunities for improved service, quality, and efficiency.
• Resolve escalated operational issues and independently determine appropriate solutions within established guidelines and authority.
• Oversee quality assurance activities, including installation-photo reviews, audits, and resolution of post-installation issues.
• Develop, document, and implement operational procedures, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Support contractor onboarding, training, status changes, and offboarding.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Field Nation, Zendesk, routing software, or similar operational systems is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience in operations, dispatch, logistics, field services, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, or field-service operations preferred.

• Compensation is $55,000-$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
