- Bill Pearce Motors is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Professional to represent our iconic BMW / MINI and Volvo brands. If you are passionate about cars, thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service — we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting the perfect BMW-MINI or Volvo vehicle to fit their lifestyle.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up and personalized service.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of BMW and MINI vehicles, features, and technology.
- Manage the full sales process — from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Stay up to date with manufacturer training and dealership standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-service oriented.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
