This role is a combination of managing customer relationships and promoting our brand through various digital marketing channels. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences while utilizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales.

Requirements

• Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing digital trends.
• Strong writing and content creation skills.
• Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with new marketing technologies and customer engagement strategies.
