• Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the morning shift on a part-time basis. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the initial point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• - Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
• - Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs
• - Assist with reservations, phone inquiries, cancellations, and guest requests
• - Provide information on resort amenities and local attractions
• - Enhance guest experiences throughout their stay
• - Maintain accuracy in cash handling and billing processes
• - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• - Be adaptable to a flexible schedule to support resort operations

Requirements

• - Preferred experience in customer service or hospitality
• - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• - Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
• - Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks
• - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• - Positive attitude and eagerness to assist in various tasks
• - Availability to work from 6:30 am to 2 pm or 8 am to 4 pm, approximately three days a week
• - Must be available to work weekends
