Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Oversee general office administration, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
- Process payroll and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
- Maintain organized financial records and assist with preparing financial reports.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Enterprise or similar ERP system.
- Proficient in general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
- Demonstrated experience with inventory management and cost accounting principles in a manufacturing environment.
