Responsibilities
- Greet all members and guests with a smile and wish them well as they leave the club
- Check in all members and guests following company procedures
- Communicate any system alerts or messages during check-in
- Answer phone calls in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner
- Share information about special events with members and guests
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks in
- Assist members with requests or refer them to a manager when needed
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times
- Make outbound calls to leads and members with billing issues
- Process payments for member services in line with company policies
- Be familiar with the facility layout, services offered, and class schedules
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of all gym areas
- Support management with projects or tasks as needed
- Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
- Enforce Crunch policies and deny access to members or guests who are not allowed to work out due to unpaid balances, system alerts, or not meeting facility requirements
- Send a quick End of Day (EOD) summary including membership sales, Kickoffs (KOs) booked, phone calls made, and any other important shift highlights
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Computer Skills
- Weekends availability
- Evenings (closing 5-11pm) availability
- Strong customer service skills
